tasting notes
Dark, opaque with blackberry, black cherry notes along with fresh acidity and noticeable tannins seems like a good candidate for a few years of cellaring. One can even call it old school, a bit rough. With aeration, however, it slowly fills out to show a complex, plush and full bodied blend. In common with the Mosaiques since the 2017 vintage, it is Cabernet Sauvignon based: 62% Cabernet Sauvignon, 27% Merlot and 11% Cabernet Franc. It should prove to be a long ager of 8-10 years at least.
